Mobile Advocacy Program

Eve's Place provides mobile advocacy services in multiple locations throughout Arizona.

Eve's Place has developed partnerships in many communities to provide office hours for individual appointments and support groups. Additional locations can be added to accommodate victims' needs.

Transitional Housing

This program is a temporary housing assistance program for working victims/survivors of domestic abuse and their children. Program participants locate and apply for housing in their own name. They are encouraged to find housing in an area convenient to their daily activities, such as school and work.

Eve's Place can then subsidize deposits and portions of the rent for the amount of time needed by the participant. Participants have regular contact with their advocates as needed.

Individuals may participate in services, such as:

  • Goal Setting
  • Information and Referral
  • Support groups
  • Budgeting

Legal Advocacy Program

Our Legal Advocacy Program began in the summer of 2015 and offers assistance to victims/survivors.

This program provides support and information on various legal topics within the civil and criminal justice systems to victims of domestic abuse.


Areas of Support and Information Include:

  • Information regarding Orders of Protection; court process/procedures for divorce, bankruptcy, creditor issues; safety planning and legal options
  • Information about immigration process; including court accompaniment
